I have switched internet providers and cannot seem to delete my former email address which is associated with my former acct. id. I have changed my email address and account info in itunes and for my apple account but this is not translating to my ipad. When I select iCloud on my ipad 2 and try to delete the old account, I am asked for a password and all my old pass words do not work so I am stuck. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Try resetting your Apple ID password. This will allow you to use a new password that you create with the My Apple ID Password Reset tool on your old iCloud account to remove it from your iPad.
thanks. I have already done this but when I go to iCloud on my iPad settings, my old email address comes up asking for a password that I do not seem to have.
RESET THE APPLE ID PASSWORD USING THE EMAIL THAT YOUR IPAD IS DISPLAYING. THEN LOG IN WITH THE NEW PASSWORD FOR THE OLD EMAIL.
