Ios 7.0.6 bricked my 4s. Do you guys have an solution because the phone is out of warranty?

As i tried to update to the newest version of ios (7.0.6) something went wrong and now the iphone is bricked and stays in DFU mode. I get a lot of errors from itunes now and the most common is 11, 21 and 3194 ( i tried different computers and different os's)

The list of things what i already tried:

Different hosts file adresses

different itunes
different computer
different cable
different usb ports.
mac os
windows os

Nothing has worked yet and as my warranty is over and apple asks a lot of money for repairs i am desperately searching for a good solution..

Common errors: 1004, 1013, 1638, 3014, 3194, or 3000-3999. T

hese alerts refer to gs.apple.com, say "There was a problem downloading the software", or say the "device isn't eligible for the requested build".

has iPhone been hacked ?

no it has never been hacked jailbroken or whatever. It is always been up to date with the latest ios version. After updating it through wifi it is now stuck in DFU mode.
