2013 MBA not recognizing speakers, but they work sometimes?

Alright, this is a story, and I'll try not to leave anything out.

One day, my MBA speakers stopped working. I tried PRAM and SMC resets, nothing. I realized that the speakers weren't even being recognized in Sys Pref.

I then learned that I have some corrosion damage, and I'm out of warranty. I had an authorized repair shop clean inside, and for a good 3 days everything worked.

Then, I installed the wrong Adobe Flash, which led to the static problem that has been documented here several times. I fixed that problem, and now I'm back to not having my internal speakers recognized at all, with zero sound.
