iTunes download problem

I am using iPhone 4s. And I have a Dell laptop with Windows 8 Operating System I am unable to download iTune software onto my laptop I am getting a message with eror code 2503- Any suggestion?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.4, Lap Top Dell- Windows 8
