Where is the malware fix for Leopard?

With this newest security flaw all over the news, why is Apple not issuing a fix for Leopard and Snow Leopard users?

I have way too many programs that won't work on Mt. Lion or Mavericks to upgrade yet.

Apple is intentionaly leaving us vulnerable to this malware?
