iTunes issues & Mail issues

First my itunes account starts messing around saying I need to input my card details even though my details are correct because I've been using this card for over a year and there aren't any issues with my bank or my card yet it stills says my card has been declined. Bare in mind I'm trying to download a FREE APP!!

Secondly my Mail accounts have been messing around lately, they've been fine before this week but suddenly it tells me that it can't connect to the server and that my 'pop.live.com' user name and passwords aren't correct even thought they are.

Can someone help with this randomly ******** events?
