Q: Can I back up a Windows PC to my Time Capsule on the same network?

I have a 2TB Time Capsule connected to my Local Area Network (LAN) that I use to backup my 24" iMac with OS X "Mavericks". My mom has a PC running Windows 7 connected to the same LAN. Can I back up her PC to my Time Capsule using the network?

Thanks,

Yes, but you'll need to use a Windows product or method capable of backing up to network drives; Apple doesn't make one.

O.K., Thanks. I'll look for some Windows backup software that can use my Time Capsule as the backup drive (assuming there is such a thing). I just wish that there was a version of Time Machine for Windows that would support backups to a networked Time Capsule for both Mac & Windows machines.
