I accidentally tagged a file with a color tag. I need to go back to no tag. There used to be an option for that, but I can't find one. Any ideas?

Apple explains how in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5839. In it they say:

"To remove a tag from your document, click the existing tag in the Tags field to highlight it, then press the Delete key."
