if I remove my sim card will I lose my photos

I have an unlocked phone. I haven't been able to synch the photos to my computer. If I remove the sim card so I can replace it with another in a different country) will I lose my photos?

You will not lose any data by changing SIM cards. But you need to solve the problem of syncing your photos to your computer, or you will lose them when iOS crashes or has to be restored.
