Unknown waiting app on gray mode

There has been discussions I saw on how to remove a waiting app without an "x" on it when pressed long... but my problem is a little bit different, I have this waiting app on gray mode so I don't know what app is it... I have tried rebooting but to no avail... I tried exploring iTunes so see which one is bugging but I cannot find it... Does somebody know how to remove this waiting app or at least how to know what app is this?

I am also hoping that come iOS 7.1 these "waiting app" issues will be gone for good... Apple, please do listen...
