Hi, how do I find my pictures on iCloud after I delete them delete from my iPhone and ipad?

If you deleted them from my photo stream, they were also deleted from iCloud. If they were in the camera roll when you last backed up your iPad, restoring the backup should recover them.
Hello, would appreciate anyones help at this point. My iphone is broken but i would like to retrieve my photos. Im using my sister's iphone now but when i go to icloud login its asking me to set up an account etc, b/c my sister does not have hers setup. There is no way around it no matter how many other sites i clicked on maybe it thinks this is my iphone an is trying to retrieve data from here. Im super confused. Would i have to log in with a computer you think in order for me to get through? B/c i do still remember my id and password.
