Mavericks Server 10.9.1 with Shares - Spotlight with MLion Client

My Server is a 10.9.1 with AFP Shares on it.

The Client 10.8.5. I try to search Files on the Share... But with the result 0 Objects! 😕

The same search with a Mavericks Client works fine!

Is there a trick to make the search work on the MLion Client? A second Index for MLion Clients?
