Feb 27, 2014 6:22 AMby King_Penguin,Paypal isn't available in all countries (I'm not sure if it's only available in the US), and as far as I know iTunes gift cards aren't available in the Philippines either. If you don't have a credit card then could you ask somebody who has got one to gift the album to you ?
