Q: can't connect to itunes store

hi , i play clash of clans and i cant connect to the store to do an in-app purchase, it says cant connect to the itune store,

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.6, ipad mini retina

Check out the article below to resolve issue with connecting to the iTunes Store as well as any other store that Apple provides.
