Using apple loops/samples in an app (commercially)

I know there are several threads dealing with the questions of how to use Apples loops / samples, and that you can use them in audio production for original songs etc., but my question is this: Can I use individual samples/loops (say only one instrument at a time) for a music teaching app legally? This means I wouldn't mix them together, and I wouldn't have more than one sample playing at any time in the app.
