64 bit version ?

The iPod Reset Utility is an old app that only applies to the old 1st or 2nd gen iPod shuffle. At the time those iPods were being sold, there was no need for a 64-bit Windows version of the utility. So there is no 64-bit version.

That utility is only used when you cannot use iTunes to do a regular Restore on a 1st or 2nd gen shuffle. What is the actual problem you are having? There may be a better way to resolve the problem.
