You can reinstall iPhoto from the disc that came with your MacBook Pro or the Mac App Store, as mentioned here:
To reinstall iMovie, iPhoto, and GarageBand, use the Mac App Store.
If the apps came on a disc with your Mac, use the disc to reinstall them instead of the Mac App Store.
If it looks like you are going to be charged for iPhoto on the Mac App Store, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used before the hard drive replacement.

Once you are signed in, view the Purchases tab to see if iPhoto is available.
