Macbook Pro Notifications BLANK

Whenever my computer asks for passwords for administration confirmation, or google chrome asks to save a password the notification box and buttons are blank besides a logo. This happens for every notification in any application, that my computer gives me. Picture below.

MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.5)
