Unfortunately, unless you know the Apple ID, there is absolutely nothing that can be done, you cannot use your mobile device. You may be able to find your Apple ID at Look up your old and forgotten Apple ID

Is icloud account email and Apple ID always the same ? Because I only create just one apple ID and didnt touch icloud accounts at all but after this restart i found myself in this activation lock. Is it %100 that the find my iphone app was on ?

Feb 27, 2014 12:48 PMby Winston Churchill,In most cases there are two e-mail addresses associated with Apple ID. These are a non-iCloud address such as @yahoo.com and an iCloud addres (@iCloud.com). You can use either of these to log in to the apple services such as iTunes, iCloud and these Apple support communities.
