Q: Need to upgrade to 7 but not enough space. How do I create enough space?

you could import pictures/videos to your computer and choose the option to 'delete after importing' so that they are safe on your computer but cleared out of your phone.

i believe you can also update the phone on your itunes on the computer regardless of phone space.
