Hi! I bought a new iphone 5s in england but i live in france and have a french SIM card. When I try use the SIM i get a message saying that the Phone does not support my carrier... What do i need to do? 😝

You need to contact the carrier in the UK to whom the iPhone is locked and ask about unlocking. Only that carrier can authorize an unlock.

Well when i was in england i asked 3 people what i should do and they al told me to go see my SIM provider in france... i went and they said go to england.
And i was told that as it was brand new, it would lock to the first SIM that was put in
