Hidden content affecting Genius results!

I have old songs that I purchased from iTunes that are hidden on the Cloud. However, the songs are altering my Genius list results in a way I don't like. Is there a way for me to permanently remove purchased content rather than just hide it? I know I won't be able to redownload, and that's fine with me. I just want to get rid of the old music!
