My Ipad is locked and disabled and it won't turn on.

A few days ago I changed the pass code on my iPad and I didn't tell my son. He tried to turn it on and it locked it's self. I couldn't find it so i disabled it on Find my iPhone. Now that I have it back it won't let me do anything to it. It is not showing up on my iPhone's app for Find my iPhone and it just says to connect to iTunes. When I plug it into my computer it says Can Not connect to Jeremy's iPad It's on lockout and it's Disabled.
