tech gave me two itune credits. how do I redeem them?

Several months ago when having a problem with billing, the support person gave me two iTunes credits, which I think were good for two movies. Atop the itunes window it says "Two Credits" but when I try to "redeem" it asks for a code but I have none. Only the notice "two credits" on top of my screen.

Any ideas? I wanted to watch the short live action films nominated for Oscars.

Hello mia pulp,

In order to utilize the credits provided, you simply need to make a purchase that would be covered by one of the two credits provided (in this case, a movie). Once you purchase a movie, the cost of the movie will be covered by the credit rather than your listed billing information.

Order of iTunes billing methods

When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.
