Whenever I open up EyeTv 3.6.5 I am greeted by the following window:
Because EyeTV does not start until either the "Deny" or "Allow" button is clicked I cannot leave EyeTV closed ready to open when unattended. Does anyone know of a way of overcoming this problem?

Check your firewall settings at the system preferences. Allow incoming connectings for EyeTV. If this didn't work, delete all entries for EyeTV and add it again (after updates the code signature sometimes breaks).

Uncheck “Block all incoming connections” and check “Automatically allow signed software to receive incoming connections”.
I have this same problem. Have tried the suggestions of SSI JDE but no luck. Anyone else find any solutions or have recommendations?

This didn't work for me either. I have no problem with the program working, but I don't use outside connections, I just want to get the annoying dialog box gone.
Have you checked System Preferences/Security & Privacy/Privacy to see if tha application is there and is checked?
Do you mean in System Preferences/Security & Privacy/firewall...firewall options?
Actually, check both places.
Request to accept or deny incoming network connections whenever EyeTV starts.
