I have just redeemed a £10 gift card and it is showing as available but when I try to download a song it's trying to take payment from my credit card. I tried to verify but it's declined as there are no funds available. How do I buy a song? I've tried looking up other ticket answers but none of the answers seem to give a good answer to rectify this. I also don't have access to a computer
