Q: How do I upgrade my storage plan without having to use my iPhone?

I need to increase my iCloud storage to backup my iPhone. The problem is, half of my iPhone screen is broken, therefore I am unable to unlock my phone. How do I upgrade my storage plan without having to use my iPhone?
