Q: I am sending an ipad out of the US to a trade show.

I need to lock it down so that ONLY keynote and a seperate app are the only ones running and viewable.  I really need to lock it down to those.  Any Advice?

iPad 2, iOS 7.0.6

Sorry, but you can't. You can lock it to a single app via Guided Access:

but there's no way to restrict use to allow access to more than one app but only those.
