Safari Bookmarks

I would like to sync ONLY Safari bookmarks across a Vista computer, Windows 8.1 computer and OS 10.9 Macbook. I have used Internet Explorer, FF, and Chrome but I am ONLY talking about Safari. I don't want to use 3rd party utilities like Xmarks. In fact, I have used Xmarks and don't like it at all. For example, on my Vista computer, I have Safari opened, I want to bookmark cnn.com but I want the bookmark to show up on the other computers. The next time I use Windows 8.1 or my Macbook Air computer, I want to see cnn.com.

I have iCloud installed on all 3 computers and I am logged on with my Apple ID on all 3 computers. Again, I just want Safari to sync with Safari on all 3 computers.

How do I get Safari to sync bookmarks across multiple computers?

Windows Vista, Windows 8.1 and OS 10.9

One thing I have to add, I do have the box checked for Bookmarks with Internet Explorer on all 3 computers. Why does Apple support other browsers but they don't want Safair bookmarks to sync? It doesn't make any sense. iCloud is Apple, Safari is Apple. Maybe I just Safari to sync with Safari an no other browser.
