How can I open a Kobo Book on my Mac Book Air and transfer to my Kobo eReader

I have a new Mac Book Air and bought a book from Kobo which is DRM protected but can't open it or transfer it to my Kobo - what programme to I need to do this?

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

You can download the free Kobo Reader App, login to your Kobo bookstore account, download it to the app and read it right on your MBA if you wish.


Or, you simply plug your kobo into your MBA download and use the free Kobo desktop app to transfer Kobo bookstore purchases to your Kobo reader - http://www.kobobooks.com/desktops


You can use Adobe Digital Editions as well to transfer DRM protected ePub books to your Kobo reader - http://www.kobobooks.com/ade
