windows folder transfer help (need to find good app!)

Hello I have an Ipad Air which I received for work. I have tons of information on my windows PC that I would like to transfer onto my ipad for offline use when I am away from the office.

I need to know of some good apps that allow for transfer of full folders from windows onto the ipad that can also be viewed. I have tried Office2 HD and Pages, but they do not allow transfer of the full folders, instead I have to transfer all the files and try to create the folders back which is time consuming and not that intuitive.

Some of my folders (with word docs, pdfs, excel sheets) have 100 files in them, that is why I want an app that can take my folder from windows and save it in the app in the exact same way.
