I am configuring multiple iPad airs for a company and we have the version which has mobile data. We do not want the users to use the company data for their own devices by using the iPads as a Hotspot. Is there a way to disable this function through a profile or restriction that is not shown on the iPad or the iPhone configuration utility?

Yes I have looked in there many of times. There is one solution to it until the user tries to use the hotspot and then it works again. The only way to disable it is through the carrier of the plan apparently (Verizon, ATT&T, etc.), I spoke to support earlier and there was no way to do it within the iPad or configuration utility. If you read my question more you would have seen that I said I tried restrictions by the way...
