Q: iphone 4s stuck on recovery, while trying to restore error 9 comes

My iphone 4s is out of warranty and service center cant accept it because of that. It is stuck on connect to itunes screen with a USB picture. They say it called recovery mode. I tried doing stuffs i watch on youtube and it didnt work for me. When we are trying to restore it error 9 comes. After a while another error will come. Error 3014, 4013 and many error. I dont know what to do, I tried clearing my PC, firewall disable, got the latest version of itunes. It is NOT jailbroken, even unlocked. This iphone is a gift and its really precious. PLEASE HELP ME. It feels like im gonna die in depression because of this. Im in the philippines and there is no genius bar here.
