Accessing iTunes / iTunesConnect Data

Hello

I would like to be able to download financial data from iTunesConnect and reviews for various Apps on behalf of my users.

Is there any limitation from Apple on getting this data?

I am sure it's possible because I know a very large App Marketplace (Apptopia.com) where all the informations are updated on a daily basis.
