Refunds on apps
Paid for music apps that won't let me download free music I paid like $7.00 and I just browsers
iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.6
The iTunes Store's terms/conditions state, quite clearly, all sales are final. Having said that, contact iTunes support, plead your case, & hope for the best:
