I Forgot Password Apple ID

I found the problem https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid?language=US-EN&returnURL=https ://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa&app_id=93&app_type=ext i insert Email: m.....@hotmail.com and click forgot password , it not sent email reset password to Mailbox m....@hotmail.com

i upgrade ios 7 , My Iphone is show "This iPhone is currently linked to an Apple ID (m......@hotmail.com). Sign in with the apple ID ......."

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.6

Dear God. Please remove all of your personal information from this post. Your email address, IMEI #, etcetera, are NOT needed here. This is a PUBLIC forum. You've just given out a bunch of personal information to hundreds, if not thousands, of strangers.
