Using alias on iBooks?
is it possible to use an alias when we publish our stuff on iBooks?

If you want to have a "paid books" account, you need a US tax file number ( EIN) for that you must use valid information, ditto the contracts and banking section in the application.
The EIN as a "legal entity" which Apple use in their systems.
As ' Author" - the name seen in the book.... can be what you decide..... so IMO yes is the answer
