Q: Why do I keep getting duplicate downloads of the same song sometimes from different albums, I'm obviously doing something wrong but don't know what, now itunes will not refund the cost.

Is it me or what? I keep duplicating/ purchasing the same song sometimes even on different albums, itunes seem to be fed up with refunding my money and have now declined to do so.

Is it because I listen to the song as it is being downloaded? Its happened at least five times in the last couple of weeks.
