Link iTunes U courses to my Apple ID

I recently got a Macbook Air, and having used my Desktop PC for some time I became quite fond of all the iTunes U courses I downloaded.
However, it seems tedious to be forced to redownload them for each device everytime I find a new course, or acquire a new device.

I definitely enjoy the ability to look at my purchased library for Songs, or TV Shows etc. so I don't have to guess what song I bought when I'm on my Macbook.

I do realize I don't actually purchase these courses, but is there a way to view my download history based on my Apple ID or something so when I'm on my Macbook and can see what courses I've already downloaded on my PC?
