Feb 28, 2014 1:40 PM in response to Bejbake89by Kilgore-Trout,A passbook bar code? Perhaps you could provide a little more detail on what you are doing and how you get to that message. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Feb 28, 2014 1:51 PM in response to Kilgore-Troutby Bejbake89,To enable face time I need to go settings and than select face time and enable it right. But there is no face time in setting. But in passbook folder on home screen has the face time icon. And there it's asking for passbook bar code

Feb 28, 2014 1:56 PM in response to Bejbake89by Kilgore-Trout,I don't know what you are seeing in Passbook, but it isn't the FaceTime icon. The Passbook app is asking you so scan a barcode for a product card. This has nothing to do with with FaceTime.
Where did you buy your iPhone (what country)?

Feb 28, 2014 1:55 PM in response to Bejbake89by KiltedTim,That is NOT facetime. It's just a little picture that looks like a camera... It's supposed to be a movie camera, actually.
Where did you get the phone? Facetime has been permanently removed from phones sold in UAE and KSA. It's banned by law, there.

Feb 28, 2014 2:01 PM in response to Bejbake89by Kilgore-Trout,No, there is not. It is illegal for Apple to sell iOS devices that will run FaceTime in UAE. It is permanently restricted from the device.
