Mar 16, 2014 12:44 PM in response to Csound1by plitle,I've looked carefully through the discussions and am unable to get iCloud to work with Outlook 2013 even after several uninstalls. I've tried numerous options for setting a default profile and am pretty sure I've succeeded in doing so and still get the above mentioned error message. I don't know what the bug is, but iCloud sure isn't working for me.

Mar 17, 2014 3:39 AM in response to plitleby Csound1,Or Outlook isn't working for you.
So use a different client, Outlook is awful with iCloud. Try EmClient.
How can you not know for sure whether you have a default profile? Read the documentation for Outlook and find out definitively.

Mar 17, 2014 1:17 PM in response to Csound1by plitle,I've looked at the Microsoft support info and it doesn't reveal anything new. I looked up the eM Client software and have decided to give it a try. I've been using Thunderbird and Gmail for years, but the issue of keeping contacts in snyc accross platforms led me to try Outlook as supposedly compatable with iCloud. Thanks for eM Client tip. It seems to work well and I'll be testing it for the next few weeks. While I'd still like to be able to solve the issue with Outlook (I'm not used to being defeated by software), I've got plenty of other things to keep me busy and a working solution is the priority here.
Thanks for the tip!

Mar 17, 2014 1:19 PM in response to plitleby Csound1,eMClient is very good, far better than Outlook (when Outlook works at all) I doubt that you will replace it.
You're welcome.
