iTunes can't connect to iTunes store. An unknown error occurred (0x80092013)

Everytime i start the iTunes store i've got the problem from the title. I've got a notebook with W-Lan and Win 8. I also reinstalled and updated iTunes multiple times. And i updated my Windows Version. I even installed iTunes 8 & 9 but nothing helped. The Firewall is turned off and iTunes isn't blocked. Nothing helps. Can someone help me please with solving the problem?
