I forgot my apples security questions, and I tried to change them by going to my account and then to the Password and Security tab, people say it's suppose to give you the option to send it to your back up email, which I do have one, but it wont give me to option to do it
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
An alternate email isn't the same as a rescue email.
