i cant use my ipad

Hello i have an iPad mini wite out retina display. And it keeps shoting down and starting up and its On the Apple logo in 1 min. And when its on the start screen i cant unlock it its i can not do noting. I trayd ising iTunes but I have a passcode on it. I also dont have an Apple store near me. Help

Did you try restoring using recovery mode? Try this if you haven't tried it yet. Don't be discouraged if it doesn't work the first time, just keep trying.
