My iphone 5s is showing i have 4.5 GB of saved messages, when I have none! HELP

My iphone 5s is saying I have 4.5 GB of saved messages when I have gone through, deleted all and reboted! The apple genius advised to reset the phone to factory settings. However reading on other forums this did not fix the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
