Q: Is there a way to get out of recovery mode without restoring?

I accidentally clicked to update my phone when connecting it to iTunes. I don't have my phone backed up. Would anyone be able to help me find a way out of recovery mode without restoring my phone?

No, once you have entered recovery mode all content and settings have been erased. You will have to restore by redownloading your apps and music.
