The touch on my iPad won't work?

So i've just experienced this today, i went to fiddle around with the settings a little bit, then i went on to "Switch Control" Settings i am sure it was. I went to activate it, now the touch on my screen ain't working, i've already restarted it several times already with the Wake/Home button, still hasn't worked! Please help!
