my tunes disappeared from my iphone after a restore
How do I download my tunes back onto my iphone from my mac? It doesnt appear to give me an option.

You have your music on your Mac's iTunes library ? If not then you might be able to redownload some/all of your music purchases via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage (music can't be redownloaded in all countries).
To sync it, connect the phone to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar of your Mac's iTunes (you can enable the sidebar via option-command-S), and use the Music tab on the right-hand side of the iTunes screen to select and sync it back.
