Q: I cant get safari to open just this error notice kCFEDomainCFNetwork error309

I have just done the update on my phone but now I have nothing just this error notice kCFError DomainCF Network error 309. Can anyone help me please

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.6

This issue is very uncommon but it has been discussed in detail dating back to 2008 on this discussion: https://discussions.apple.com/message/7669316#7669316

Anyhow, I would try restoring your iOS since it come shortly after an update and that has been what was reported in the past and the fix for it.

1) Back up your iPhone. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766
2) Restore your iOS. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1414
3) Restore from your Backup. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766

I can't do any of this because the phone say "Turn off Find my Phone" but I can't it will not let me.

Either turn it off in Settings > iCloud or use recovery mode http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808
