Anyhow, I would try restoring your iOS since it come shortly after an update and that has been what was reported in the past and the fix for it.
1) Back up your iPhone. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766
2) Restore your iOS. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1414
3) Restore from your Backup. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766
