iPhone 4S with7.0.6 recovery error

Initial problem was "find iPhone" cannot be turned off so i went on my iPad and I deleted it from the app. My iPhone rebooted but it iTunes could not activate. I went to apple to store to get it fixed, they put it on dfu and tried to restore my phone but they couldn't restore it. They bricked my 4s!!!!!

I googled it and tried many ways to get it restored but nothing works.. Please help!
